Refund & Return / Exchange Policy – RSM Embroideries

At RSM Embroideries, we believe that customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our service. To ensure that the correct product reaches you in flawless condition, our team thoroughly inspects every fabric before dispatch. However, in rare situations where the customer is dissatisfied due to the following reasons:

(i) Any defect or damage in the fabric.
(ii) Delivery of a product that is entirely different from what was ordered (including differences in color, design, fabric, quantity, or quality).

We do offer a Refund & Return / Exchange Policy. We are committed to providing outstanding service not only during the sale but also after, through transparent Return, Refund, and Exchange processes.

COVERED under defect/damage or delivery of a different product

  • The fabric is torn and unusable.

  • The fabric is loosely woven or damaged/torn in some areas.

NOT COVERED under defects/damage or delivery of a different product

  • Minor color variations will not be considered defects, as every screen displays fabric tones (single, dual, or multi-tone) slightly differently.

  • Fabric bleeding after a few washes is not considered a defect.

  • Altered fabrics are not eligible for refund or replacement.

RSM Embroideries takes full responsibility for delivering defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Once the issue is verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer, approving the return/exchange request.

A full refund of the amount paid will be initiated within 5–7 working days via the original payment method used at checkout.

To initiate a Return / Refund / Exchange, the following must be fulfilled:

  • A video of the defective product must be submitted to support verification.

  • Email the video and clear images to info@rsm.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Custom-cut fabrics based on specific order lengths are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Unstitched suits, dresses, and dupattas are eligible for return/exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product(s) must be in original condition, including RSM Embroideries tags, original packaging, and invoice.

  • Returned product(s) must not be worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered.

  • Pack the return securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.

  • RSM Embroideries reserves the right to refuse Exchange/Refund/Return will be done within 15 – 20 day period.

  • Products purchased during sale events, festival seasons, or yarn/material shortages are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Shipping & Return Process

  • Do not return items through independent shipping channels. Always use the shipping method arranged by RSM Embroideries.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned shipment is received and verified by our team.

  • If returned through other transport methods due to technical/weather/software issues, the customer bears full return shipping costs.

  • International customers must bear the entire cost of return shipping.

  • Non-compliant returns (those not aligned with this policy) will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

  • Shipping charges paid during order placement will not be refunded.

  • Please do not send back any item without prior consultation with our support team. Unauthorized returns will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
