In the whole process of manufacturing, arranging inventory, and packing, we want our customers to know that all safety and sanitary measures are earnestly implemented by RSM Embroideries.

In accordance with the guidelines set by the Government of India, we are now able to deliver our products all over India. However, we will be unable to deliver products in containment zones as per the Central and State Government directives.

Currently, we are dispatching the product/products through Shiprocket, which is an e-commerce logistics software. They have tied up with multiple courier companies to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

  • Orders valued at INR 1999 or below are charged INR 199 (within India only)

Shipping Outside India

We will be pleased to make the shopping experience of our international customers a splendid one. RSM Embroideries is fully equipped to send parcels internationally through courier companies selected for service quality, location availability, pricing, and timely delivery.

To ensure smooth international delivery, we kindly request customers to follow the instructions below:

Instructions for International Orders

  • Provide accurate details:
    Please ensure the address, pin code, email ID, and phone number are valid and correct while filling out the Billing and Shipping Address form.
    RSM will not be held responsible for incorrect information, and no refunds may be claimed for delays or parcel loss due to this.

  • Understand address types:

    • Billing Address: Where you receive your credit/debit card bills.

    • Shipping Address: Where the order is to be delivered.

  • Address changes:
    After placing the order, customers cannot directly change or edit the shipping or billing address.
    Any modification request must be sent to the RSM team via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
